Complete Part 13 of the Saints Row: The Third walkthrough, including weapon upgrades, challenges, assassinations, and The Belgian Problem mission.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Visit a friendly fire (preferably one you own for a 10% discount) to purchase the following weapon upgrades: Pistols to Level 4 (45 Shepherd) for $18,000, SMGS to Level 4 (Tek Z-10) for $18,000, Shotguns to Level 2 (Grave Digger) for $9,000, Rifles to Level 1 (K-8 Krukov) for $9,000, and Special to Level 2 (Reaper Drone) for $27,000. The total cost for these upgrades is $81,000. If you already possess the level 1 rifle, you do not need to repurchase it.
  2. 2
Load up on any necessary ammunition and exit the store.

Challenge - Stores Robbed 6 - 10

  1. Rob five more stores. Robbing stores you own can make this slightly easier. This will advance the challenge to two-thirds completion.

Challenge - Gang Members Taunted 11 - 20

  1. Perform 10 more taunts against gang members. Drive around until you find gang members, preferably in groups. Taunt them using the left D-pad, then quickly get into your car and drive away to lose any notoriety (wanted level (the star icons in the top-right showing how aggressively police pursue you)). Repeat this process until you have taunted 20 gang members in total.

Assassination 10 - Agnes

  1. Go to Shaundi's place to change clothes.
  2. Follow the GPS to Agnes's location.
  3. Eliminate Agnes by shooting her.
  4. Return to Shaundi's place to change back into your regular clothes.

Assassination 11 - Officer Dealy

  1. Drive into Bridgeport.
  2. Begin taunting random people (avoiding police or gang members to prevent notoriety) until Officer Dealy appears. Taunting three or four people should be sufficient.
  3. Kill Officer Dealy.

Assassination 12 - Tony

  1. Drive to Leather and Lace in Camino Place.
  2. Make a purchase at Leather and Lace.
  3. Wait for Tony to arrive.
  4. Eliminate Tony.

Business Purchases:

  1. Purchase Leather and Lace in Camino Place for $10,000.
  2. Purchase a Rim Jobs in Camino Place for $5,000.
  3. Purchase a Crackhouse in Rosen Oaks for $1,000.
  4. Purchase Davila's Automotive in Rosen Oaks for $1,000.
  5. Purchase Planet Saints in Rosen Oaks for $5,000.
  6. Purchase another Rim Jobs in Camino Place for $5,000.
  7. Purchase Curly's Chop Block in Camino Place for $1,000.
  8. Purchase Friendly Fire in Camino Place for $5,000.

These purchases total $33,000 and will increase your hourly income to nearly $15,000.

The Belgian Problem

  1. Call Pierce and arrange to meet at the HQ.
  2. Head to the tower with your crew.
  3. Clear out everyone on the bottom floor, being mindful of the Brute and snipers.
  4. Arm the bomb and proceed to the elevator.
  5. In the next area, eliminate the flamethrower Brute and clear the room.
  6. Move into the next section to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).
  7. Follow Oleg up in the elevator.
  8. When you reach the large ball, shoot the enemies until Oleg dislodges it.
  9. Shoot the hitchhiker in the face until he detaches.
  10. At the bottom, choose whether to keep or destroy the building. Keeping the building provides a respect bonus, while destroying it boosts your daily income. The recommendation is to keep the building for a respect bonus.

Completion: +0.936% (24.420%)

Opens: Return to Steelport

Unlocks: 10% bonus to all cash earned OR 10% bonus to all respect earned, Weapon - RC Possessor, Homie - Oleg

Tips
  • When upgrading weapons, consider visiting a friendly fire you own to receive a 10% discount on purchases.
  • For the 'Gang Members Taunted' challenge, focus on taunting individuals or small groups to minimize the risk of a high wanted level.
  • When starting 'The Belgian Problem', be prepared for heavy resistance on the lower floors, including a Brute and snipers.
  • During 'The Belgian Problem', the choice to keep or destroy the building impacts your rewards; keeping it offers a respect bonus, while destroying it offers an income bonus.
