After the stage, you'll return to the campfire. No dreams this time, but the path to the next village will open. A new icon, a person, will appear on the map.

Head to the new location to encounter Reize. Shovel Knight will be mistaken for an enemy, leading to a boss fight.

Boss Fight: Reize

General Information: Reize is very mobile and uses a dangerous Boomerang attack. He is vulnerable until he uses his flame attack. Use the Flare Wand initially, then switch to the Phase Locket or Chaos Orb when he uses his flame attack.
Attacks:

Dual Boomerangs: Reize throws boomerangs that bounce randomly.
Downward Kick: Reize performs a sharp downward kick when not throwing boomerangs. This is an opportune moment to attack, but be mindful of boomerang positions.
Flame Circle: When low on health, Reize creates rotating flame circles around himself. These can be destroyed in one hit. The Chaos Orb is effective for bouncing through them.
