Navigate the Silent Hill: Shattered Memories mall, solving puzzles in New Looks (code 1789) and Celebrations (code 2050), and find collectibles.
Walkthrough

From the room with the mannequin, go through the door on the right to find a large toucan.

Run towards the toucan, turn right, and run straight forward to receive a phone call from Michelle and find Echo signs.

Talk to Michelle to learn John can give you a lift to the lighthouse.

After the call, continue forward to find an invisible Echo: "Family Pet #2" on a bench to the right of the toucan.

Choose to enter either New Looks or Celebrations.

If you choose New Looks:

Go around the corner to find three taps.

Turn each tap on by turning the tap all the way around and then turning the side handle to activate hot water.

Examine the mirrors for hidden messages revealed by the steam; one will contain the door code.

The door code is 1789.

Go to the door behind you and enter 1789 to unlock it.

Go through the unlocked door.
If you choose Celebrations:
Go behind the counter and towards the electronic pad next to the door to get an echo.
Listen to the message for two musical sounds.
Open cards around the shop until you find two that make the same sounds as the message.
Alternatively, use the code 2050.
Enter the code 2050 into the keypad and go through the door.
You will arrive at a point where the paths meet.
You'll be in another grey corridor. There will always be an echo on the wheely bin at the opposite end of the corridor. This is the invisible Echo: "The Experience".
Return to the halfway point and go through the door.
Go upstairs and through the door.
Jump over the counter in the next room and head right.
Find the invisible Echo: "Problem Child" on one of the shelves to the right side of the door you just passed over.
Go through the door you just passed.
Go left and towards the yellow cones around a bench.
Find the visible Echo: "Problem Child" sitting on the bench surrounded by yellow cones.
Enter the cinema.
Go down the stairs and interact with the Toy Machine on the left.
Win the Toy Machine crane game to receive the Memento: "A Modern Prometheus".
Go down the corridor on the right side of the room and through the double doors.
The movie poster in the next corridor may indicate your ending.
Go through the next door into the movie theatre.
Go around the corner and you will encounter large invisible Echo signs, loud static, and flickering torch effects.
Go down between the aisles; the big screen will display a picture that changes based on your ending path.
Go through the door on the left.
Halfway along the next corridor, you will receive a text from Dahlia.
Go through the door at the end to exit the mall.
Jump over the fence ahead to enter Simmons Street.
Go right and keep going forwards until you reach a car with Echo signs.
Take a picture of the shadow in front of the car to get the visible Echo: "Family Pet #3".
Go right and enter the Pawn Shop at the end.
Find UFO #10 on a shelf to the left of the front door in the Pawn Shop.
Go up to the counter and examine it.
Twist the handle on the left until it falls out, releasing a key onto the tray.
Grab the small red handle on the right of the tray and turn it until you get the key.
Go through the door to the left of the counter.
Go right and through the door to end up behind the counter.
Look right to find the Memento: "We, Ouroboros".
Tips
The code for the New Looks door is 1789.
The code for the Celebrations door is 2050.
The Memento "A Modern Prometheus" is obtained by winning the Toy Machine crane game in the cinema.
UFO #10 is located on a shelf in the Pawn Shop.
The Memento "We, Ouroboros" is found behind the counter in the Pawn Shop.
