Mehrunes Dagon, the Daedric Prince of destruction, ambition, and revolution, has a shrine located in the northern part of Cyrodiil, nestled within the jagged peaks of the Jerall Mountains. This shrine is the site of a Daedric quest that can lead to the acquisition of the powerful Daedric artifact, the Dremora's Mace. To begin this quest, you must reach at least level 20. Once you have met this requirement, you may hear rumors of Dagon's worship or find a book detailing his cult.

The shrine itself is a desolate and imposing structure, reflecting Dagon's destructive nature. Upon arrival, you will find a lone cultist, the keeper of the shrine. Speak with them, and they will reveal that Dagon is displeased with the current state of his shrine and demands a worthy offering. They will instruct you to retrieve a specific item: the Horn of Lorkhan. This artifact is said to be hidden within the ancient Ayleid ruin of Vahtcit Drelas, located in the eastern region of Cyrodiil, near the border with Morrowind.

The journey to Vahtcit Drelas will be perilous, as the ruins are known to be inhabited by dangerous creatures and ancient traps. You will need to navigate through the dark corridors, overcome guardians, and solve any puzzles that lie in your path to find the Horn of Lorkhan. Once you have retrieved the artifact, return to Mehrunes Dagon's Shrine. Present the Horn of Lorkhan to the cultist. This act of offering will summon Mehrunes Dagon himself. He will be pleased with your service and will reward you with the Dremora's Mace, a potent weapon that deals significant damage and can also cast a powerful spell that summons a Dremora to aid you in combat. Be prepared for the possibility of combat even after the offering, as some Daedric quests can have unexpected turns.
