Investigating the Green Markers

Locate green markers in Sons of the Forest to find Puffton investigation clues. Navigate to campsites, bunkers, and caves while preparing for cannibal attacks.

Green markers on your GPS Tracker indicate points of interest, often leading to valuable resources or crafting stations. One such marker, located south of the large lake below the mountains, near several flowing streams, will guide you to a cave. This cave is a crucial early-game find as it contains a 3D printer, allowing you to craft important items.

For early-game resources like feathers and bird meat, head to the beach to find seagulls on corpses. Another good spot is near a crashed plane by the mountain cave, close to the large lake. Descend the hill to a relatively flat area where the green on your map lightens. Here, you'll find a caddy that bluebirds gravitate towards, providing an easy source of feathers.
