This guide details the construction requirements for various farm buildings in Stardew Valley.

Coop Buildings:

• Coop — Houses 4 coop-dwelling animals. Requires: 4000G, 300 Wood, 100 Stone
• Big Coop — Houses 8 coop-dwelling animals, includes an incubator, and unlocks ducks. Requires: 10000G, 400 Wood, 150 Stone, and an existing Coop
• Deluxe Coop — Houses 12 coop-dwelling animals, includes an auto-feed system, and unlocks rabbits. Requires: 20000G, 500 Wood, 200 Stone, and an existing Big Coop

Barn Buildings:

• Barn — Houses 4 barn-dwelling animals. Requires: 6000G, 350 Wood, 150 Stone
• Big Barn — Houses 8 barn-dwelling animals, allows animals to give birth, and unlocks goats. Requires: 12000G, 450 Wood, 200 Stone, and an existing Barn
• Deluxe Barn — Houses 12 barn-dwelling animals, includes an auto-feed system, and unlocks sheep and pigs. Requires: 25000G, 550 Wood, 300 Stone, and an existing Big Barn

Other Buildings:

• Well — Provides a place to refill your watering can. Requires: 1000G, 75 Stone
• Silo — Allows cutting and storing grass for feed. Requires: 100G, 100 Stone, 10 Clay, 5 Copper Bar
• Mill — Allows creating flour from wheat and sugar from beets. Requires: 2500G, 150 Wood, 50 Stone, 4 Cloth
• Shed — An empty building that can be decorated. Requires: 15000G, 150 Wood, 4 Cloth
• Stable — Allows keeping and riding a horse (horse included). Requires: 10000G, 100 Hardwood, 5 Iron Bar
• Slime Hutch — Allows raising up to 20 slimes, which create slime balls when troughs are filled. Requires: 10000G, 500 Stone, 10 Refined Quartz, 1 Iridium Bar
• Shipping Bin — Allows selling items overnight. Requires: 250G, 150 Wood
• Cabin (Stone/Plank/Log) — A home for a friend. Requires: 100G (Additional 10 Stone for Stone Cabin / 10 Fiber + 5 Wood for Plank Cabin / 10 Wood for Log Cabin)

Farm House Upgrades:

• Farm House Expansion 1 — Requires: 10000G, 450 Wood
• Farm House Expansion 2 — Requires: 50000G, 150 Hardwood, and the first Farm House upgrade
• Farm House Expansion 3 — Requires: 100000G and the second Farm House upgrade
• Community Upgrade — Requires: 500000G, 950 Wood, fully upgraded Farm House, and completed Community Center tasks or purchased JojaMart membership
