How to Defeat Maano

Phases:

1. Initial Encounter: Maano are found in camps, often in groups of 3-10, with surveillance units that can spot Tchia from a distance.
2. Combat: When spotted, Maano throw fabric. If captured, Tchia can attempt to escape by tapping a button. If unsuccessful, she is caged.
3. Post-Capture: After being caged, Tchia can Soul-Jump into nearby objects (often coal) to produce fire and attack any nearby Maano. Being captured does not reset camp progress.

Strategy:

• Prioritize Surveillance Units: These units can detect Tchia from afar, so eliminating them first is recommended.
• Utilize Fire Sources: Tchia cannot naturally produce fire but can Soul-Jump into objects that do. These include:
  • Lanterns
  • Gasoline cans
  • Coal
  • Fires that spawn flaming logs (can be thrown or used to chase)
• Camp Clearing: Most Maano camps can be cleared within a few minutes using these fire-based methods.
• Escape and Counter: If captured, use Soul Jump to find a fire source (like coal) to retaliate against the Maano.
