In Old Town, interact with the red marker events in Judith's and Bergard's rooms.

Visit Montmart Bistro for Boarders' Bread Pudding.

At Melrose Newspapers & Tobacco, purchase the Tyrell Times Extra Issue and Rich Butterscotch.

Trigger the red marker event at the exit of Old Town; to progress, attempt to fast travel somewhere, which will initiate a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).

Follow the print trail: start at the steps next to Newberry General Store, proceed near Siete Florist, check the bulletin board, head back up the stairs to the courtyard area, then go down the steps in front of Stanley Factory.

Follow the footprints until they lead you to the Grim Portal for an event.

Attend to the blue marker events at Laguna Bathhouse (free gauge refill), Montmart Bistro (Van and Jorda's Max HP +20), Arkride Solutions Office, and Rooftop.

In Riverside, check the bulletin board (red marker).

Talk to Bermotti at Cafe & Bar Bermotti (red marker).

Obtain Salted Shot at Blue Score Concert Hall.

Engage in the optional event by talking to the old man inside the concert room.

Accept the request "The Prodigal Cat" from Morges (★★, SP +3, Reward: 4000 Mira, LGC: L+), marked by a green marker on the northwest side of Riverside.

Locate the two green markers on the south half of Riverside, use Shard Search to check the prints, enter the metro entrance, check prints outside the train car door, and find the cat inside the train.

In Station Street, check the bulletin board.

Find the Grim Portal on the southeast point of the map.

At Weston Department Store:

Purchase Bubbling Bath Salts (500 mira) for Elaine at Laurel Pharmacy.

Buy Sparkling Purple Cufflinks (500 mira) for Renne at Jardin Boutique.

Get Chocolat-Framboise at Milty's Ice Cream Stand.

Talk to Marielle on the second floor of Orbal Cafe Iota.

Engage in the optional event with Zin and Elaine on the second floor of the Bracer Guild.

Enter Grim Garten: Second Domain - The Frosted Gorge. The "strong enemy" Abaddons are weakest to space (200). The floor boss is not named in the source.

In Trion Tower, find the Grim Portal on the bottom right of the map.

Witness an event at Liberl Boutique and obtain the Grand Chardonnary Fizz.

Purchase Special Fruit Punch and Jewel de Fruits (500 mira) for Jorda at Quincy Parlour.

At Stardust Cinema:

Watch a movie with Jorda (400 mira) and buy the brochure (100 mira).

Watch a second movie with your other playable characters (600 mira) and buy the brochure (100 mira). Note: Renne can only be invited for Mishy in Boots.

Engage in the optional event in front of the stage.

Interact with the red marker event outside Trion Tower.

You will not be allowed to check the bulletin board until you have finished Grim Garten Second Realm.

Before interacting with the bulletin board, ensure you have completed side business (movies, connection events, requests). When ready to advance the main story, check the bulletin board and choose the first option.

In Lèvre District, you cannot use Fast Travel. Find the Grim Portal behind Cafe La Provence.

Head straight for the red marker and choose the first option to continue, initiating a Tailing mini-game.

Follow Jeffrey down the stairs; he will pause and dash across the street, then turn around. Keep him in sight without being seen, for example, by standing in front of the gated house.

Continue following him down the path until the mini-game ends (SP +1).

In the Junction Area, find a chest with U-Material x3 behind some breakable boxes in the first room.

Engage in a battle against three monsters, two of which are Contaminated (red marker).

After the event, find a chest with Rustic Edge (Scrap Edge on the map image) for Van on the south wall.

Head east to a room with a fork; break the east wall for a chest with Strike 2.

Go north to another fork; go west, then north (break the wall) to get the Yellow Pendulum.

Heading south leads back to the main path. Find an Orbal Locked chest with Spark (arts driver) (SP +1). On NG+, this chest contains All Sepith x200.

Cross the bridge and head south for Teara Balm, EP Charge II, Curia Balm, S-Tablet.

In the next room, break the west wall for HP 2.

Head north to a room with monsters; find a chest in the bottom left corner with Zeram Powder.

A Charging Station is ahead, where only Van's Orbment can be adjusted; the other three are set.

Defeat Mechabeast Jeffrey (LVL 19, HP 118003). Its weaknesses are Time (120), Space (120), and Mirage (120). Its attacks include Contaminated state (recovers 472 HP every turn), Shield Breaker (Anti-Shard Command, 8 turns), Despair Raid (straight line target, Jeffrey's position changes after), Void Spike, and Destruction.
