Batting:

To bat, stand to your side with the Wiimote behind your head. Swing the Wiimote forward as the ball approaches. Different pitches require slightly different swing timings. Hitting the ball early will result in a hit to the left, while hitting it late will result in a hit to the right.

Pitching:

To pitch, raise the Wiimote and throw it down. Holding the A button throws a Screwball (which spins left). Holding the B button throws a Curveball (which spins right). Holding both A and B throws a Splitter (which drops down). Tapping left or right on the D-Pad pitches toward that direction, while tapping Up or Down returns the pitch to the center. The speed you throw the ball is impacted by the speed of your pitch.

Tips
  • Experiment with different swing timings to see how they affect your hits.
  • Practice throwing different types of pitches to get a feel for their movement.
  • Use the D-Pad to strategically place your pitches.
