Getting Your First Mount in ArcheAge Chronicles

Alright, so you've just started your adventure in ArcheAge Chronicles, and you're probably eager to get moving faster than on foot. Grabbing your first mount is a pretty big step, and thankfully, it's not too complicated. Think of it as your first real upgrade!

The Quest for Your Steed

Your journey to getting your first mount usually kicks off with a specific quest. Keep an eye out for quests that mention training, taming, or a new form of transportation. Often, these quests will guide you to a stable or a specific NPC who handles these matters. Don't rush past these; they're your gateway to faster travel!

What You'll Need

Most of the time, your first mount won't cost you any in-game currency like Gilda Stars or Gold. Instead, you'll typically need to complete a series of tasks or gather a few specific items. These might include:

• Gathering specific resources: Sometimes you'll need things like Luminstone or other crafting materials. The quest giver will usually point you to where you can find them.
• Completing a mini-mission: You might have to defeat a few low-level mobs or interact with certain objects in a designated area.
• Talking to NPCs: Simple as it sounds, sometimes you just need to chat with the right people in the right order.

The Stable Master

Once you've fulfilled the quest requirements, you'll usually be directed to a Stable Master. This NPC is your go-to for all things mount-related.
