Story Achievements

The "Story Achievements" section of our guide focuses on the trophies and achievements you'll naturally acquire by simply playing through the compelling narrative of Assassin's Creed II. Unlike some of the more obscure or challenge-based achievements, these are designed to be unlocked as you progress through each Sequence of Ezio Auditore da Firenze's journey. You won't need to go out of your way or perform any special feats; simply follow the main quest markers, complete the primary objectives, and witness the unfolding drama of the Italian Renaissance.

This section will list each story-related achievement, providing a brief description and the specific Sequence in which it is earned. This allows you to track your progress and understand which achievements you can expect to pop as you delve deeper into Ezio's quest for revenge and justice. While most of these are unmissable, knowing when to expect them can add to the satisfaction of your playthrough.

As you can see, most of these achievements are tied directly to completing specific main story Sequences or discovering the Assassin's Tombs that are integrated into the narrative path. The "Vitruvian Man" achievement, while technically story-related, requires you to actively seek out and solve the glyph puzzles scattered throughout the game world.
