Alright, we're heading into The Wild Outskirts! This area's got some thick brush and some nasty new critters to deal with, so stick close. First things first, head over to that log and check out the Hidden Stash. It'll get destroyed, but don't worry, you'll snag the Dueling Pistols from the wreckage. These things are super fast and can wreck house if you're good with your button mashing!

Keep an eye out for a Pincushion that pops up. These spiky plants can unload thorns like a machine gun, but they're not always the best at aiming. Your best bet is to either block their shots or just dodge 'em and then unload with your new Pistols. Right in front of you, you'll see a Core. Grab it after you take down the group of Peckers and more Pincushions. We're not done yet, though!

After a quick scene, an opening will appear to your left. Follow it and you'll run into a Wallflower. These guys are tough when their petals are closed – you can't damage them then. Wait for them to open up, dodge the spitting fungi, and then go on the attack. More Wallflowers and Pincushions will show up, so clear them out. If you need a breather or some supplies, there's an Arsenal in the northwest corner of the area.

Next, check out the Shipment near the Arsenal. A couple of Gasfellas will break free and attack. Take 'em down, then follow the forest path. Watch out for the green Pincushions – unlike the purple ones, these guys shoot thorns in a ring, making them a bit trickier to dodge.

Things are about to get a bit more interesting as a Lunkhead shows up. These colorful brutes hop around on spring-loaded legs and have tough plating on their faces, so head-on attacks won't work. You've gotta hit 'em in the back to do any real damage.

You'll find a bunch of random stuff scattered around Jawson's camp. If you search the Sandbag, you can find Something Foul. You might also find some green Vineapples – these are harmless and actually release healing gas when you break them open, so go ahead and smash 'em!

Finally, two Wallflowers are guarding the Skyway at the end of the trail. Push past them, grab the last Core, and head home. Nice work!
