Find the Sphere of the Sacred Smoke in Blasphemous. This Rosary Bead has a very low chance to refill Biliary Flasks on attack.

Location: Wall of the Holy Prohibitions, in the southwest branch of the prison, on a high ledge.

Description: This is a small, translucent pearl with a nearly invisible closing mechanism. Traditionally, these were filled with vapours from incense burners in the Mother of Mothers. However, this bead contains something different, providing a miraculous influence that fills Biliary Flasks after some attacks, though this occurs infrequently due to the Miracle's capricious nature.
