- 1BLK 6-01: Begin in a water hazard. Grab the secret big Heart on the left. Head left, killing Bats and collecting a Pocket Watch from a candle. Be cautious of Fishmen jumping out; use sub-weapons or Alucard's bat form (Down + Jump) to cross the water and jump between moving platforms. After crossing, head up the stairs and double back. Beware of Bats and Fishmen. Continue up to the next screen. Kill the Whip Skeleton and drop down to defeat two Slimes. Collect the large Heart and Money Bag from nearby candles. Ahead, you'll face two groups of Mummies in a wide open area; use Banshee Boomerang or Sacred Water, or Alucard's bat form to fly over them. The door to the next block is to the left.
- 2BLK 6-02: Deal with a Big Eye above and a Red Whip Skeleton below. Time your drop carefully or use Alucard's diagonal shots. Continue left, facing a Skeleton throwing bones and a following Big Eye. Proceed upwards to a room with moving platforms. Bats spawn frequently; grab the large Hearts from the candles above the first platform. Ride the platform to a Knight. On the next set of moving platforms, you must duck to avoid instant death from the ceiling. Face backwards to kill any spawning Bats. Candles here are obtainable but tricky. Drop down to kill another Knight, then prepare for an Axe Knight Guard throwing axes; duck and whip as needed. Past the guard, ascend stairs, being careful of positioning. The far-right candle has a big Heart, but the upper one is easier to get.
- 3Final Screen: Kill the jumping Skeleton and collect candles. Use Trevor to line up shots against the Bone Pillar from the stairs, then quickly duck and whip it.
- 4BOSS: Frankenstein (The Creature): Frankenstein's Monster attacks by stomping to make blocks fall from the ceiling and by throwing blocks at you. The far right of the arena is safe from falling blocks. Target his head, his only weak spot, especially with multi-hit weapons like Double Trouble or Triple Threat. Trevor is the preferred fighter.

- Alucard's bat form (Down + Jump) is invaluable for bypassing hazardous water sections and difficult enemy ambushes.
