    Immediately after closing the door, defeat the Jack O’ Bones. Collect the Heart Max Up behind it.

    After the second Jack O’ Bones, save your game on the right.

    Enter the top-right room to find the teleporter.

    From the teleporter room, go to the middle-left room to find the Talisman accessory. The Talisman has a chance to negate damage when hit. Leave this room via the top-left door.
