Complete walkthrough for Command & Conquer: Red Alert's "Right Route Walkthrough (2)" mission. Learn how to defend your base, manage resources, and deploy effective strategies to survive.
Walkthrough
- 1Gather your units and head west along the path.
- 2Clear the path of any heavy tanks and V2 rockets you encounter.
- 3Once the path is clear, send all units, including the Construction Yard, back to your base in the north.
- 4Your base may be low on power; fix any damaged power plants.
- 5Deploy your Construction Yard and build more power plants if needed.
- 6Have your harvester start collecting gems located south of your base.
- 7Build a War Factory near the Chronosphere.
- 8Build a few more ore miners.
- 9Start producing Medium Tanks from the War Factory. These will be your primary defense, so keep them close to the Chronosphere.
- 10Use your Mine Layer to plant a row of mines on the small section of beach in the south-east corner of your base to prevent Soviet transports from delivering reinforcements.
- 11Plant rows of mines by the west and south entrances of your base for added security.
- 12Plant mines in the ore field farther to the west, directly in the path of Soviet harvesters, to cripple their production without taking losses.
- 13Once your harvesters are running and Medium Tanks are rolling out, focus on handling threats as they appear.
- 14Use any downtime to lay more mines with your Mine Layer.
- 15Survive until the mission timer reaches zero. If your base loses power at any point, you will fail the mission.
Tips
- Medium Tanks are crucial for defense; do not let them wander too far from the Chronosphere.
- Allied Mine Layers are very effective in this mission. Use them strategically to control enemy movement and prevent reinforcements.
- Targeting Soviet harvesters with mines can significantly disrupt their economy and reduce incoming threats.
- Ensure your base power remains stable throughout the mission, as a power outage results in failure.
