    Speak to Pope.

    Follow the tunnel out of the cavern to a ledge overlooking the Crossroads with a loot container.

    Use Levitate to reach a ledge across from your current position.

    On the third ledge, a Maneki-neko (8/8) will appear in a box.

    Levitate down to the Crossroads and fast travel to the Collapsed Department.

Tips
  • When fighting Marshall, be careful of falling off the bridges. Keep your distance as she can kill you in two hits up close.
  • You can Launch Marshall's grenades back at her.
  • She dodges projectiles frequently but not consistently. Shoot her when possible, especially if your Ranger ally distracts her.
  • Use environmental hazards: shoot bridges if she stands on them, or use Shape on crystals if she stands on them.
  • Summoned Hiss enemies will appear frequently. Charged are low threat, but Hiss Sharpened can be Seized (a type of mind control ability).
  • Deal with Snipers immediately.
  • Do not attack Astral Mimics; they are allies sent by Former.
  • When Marshall's health is low, she throws multiple grenades at once. If you have Multi-Launch, you can throw multiple back.
  • Crossing the first pit after cleansing the Nail may take a few attempts as the crystal platform mechanic barely provides enough height.
