The Beginning Achievements

Deal with the Devil: This achievement is unlocked after choosing to start a cult for the "One Who Waits." It is one of the easiest achievements in the game.

Indoctrinate First Follower: After meeting Ratau and learning about cults, you will gain the ability to indoctrinate your first follower.

Defeat First Mini-Boss: This achievement is unlocked after defeating your first mini-boss. It is nearly impossible to miss as you progress through the game.

Choose First Doctrine: This achievement is unlocked after choosing your first doctrine.

Perform First Ritual: This achievement is unlocked after performing your first ritual. It is story-related and cannot be missed.

Win a Game of Knucklebones: Simply win a game of Knucklebones. It is recommended to learn how to play this game as there is a more difficult achievement related to it.

Follower Dies of Old Age: This achievement is unlocked when your first follower dies of old age. This will happen naturally as you progress.

Sacrifice Follower: This achievement is unlocked after sacrificing a follower for the first time. Once you unlock the sacrificing ritual, other related achievements should be easier.

Quick Tip: It is suggested to sacrifice followers as you play, as there is an achievement for sacrificing 10 followers. The ritual's cooldown can be inconvenient when you need to perform multiple sacrifices quickly.

Follower Meat: Follower meat can be obtained from sacrificing or harvesting dead followers. You can also get follower meat from Chemach by destroying wrapped-up dead bodies.
