Goreham-Hogg uses only physical attacks. Ensure your defense value is high; aim for 180-190 for your characters by upgrading equipment, keeping the Dragon Warrior armor on your hero. Hogg uses two types of Chain Swing: a vertical attack hitting one character (approx. 60 damage, with a high chance of a critical hit for approx. 170 damage), and a horizontal attack hitting the whole party (approx. 70 damage). He can also Psyche Up to increase his attack power, but this is infrequent. His HP is relatively low, making the battle manageable if you maintain your characters' HP and use abilities like Falcon Slash or Miracle Slash.

After the battle:

  1. Open the chest to acquire the [ULTIMATE KEY].
  2. Go down the stairs and approach Sterling for a scene.
  3. Unlock all doors and release all celestrians.
  4. Talk to Sterling again. You will fly to the Observatory.
  5. In the Observatory, go to L2 and unlock the door in the northeast corner.
  6. Open the chests for [GODDESS RING] and [ORICHALCUM].
  7. Talk to Apus Major in the north part of this room.
  8. In the L1-L2 area, take [50 GOLD COINS] and [HOLY WATER] from the chests on the west side.
  9. Take a [WAKEROBIN] from the chest on the east side.
  10. Go up to L4 and talk to Apus Major again.
  11. Head into the Express and talk to Sterling.
