Left Arm Greater Power Gatekeeper Effects

The Left Arm of Greater Power offers potent defensive enchantments. These include:

• Arm of Fire Shielding: Grants Fire Shield 20% for 30 seconds on self.
• Arm of Frost Shielding: Grants Frost Shield 20% for 30 seconds on self.
• Arm of Shock Shielding: Grants Shock Shield 20% for 30 seconds on self.

After choosing your desired arm parts and speaking with Relmyna Verenim, you will be instructed to proceed to the statue in the Fringe. There, after placing the Dermis Membrane, Blood Liqueur, Osseous Marrow, and Essence of Breath into a newly formed pool, a new Gatekeeper will be created. Immediately following this, Knights of Order will attack. Following this, return to the palace to speak with Sheogorath. Depending on your allegiance during the Ritual of Accession, you will be informed that your chosen hometown is under attack.

The Helpless Army

Sheogorath reveals his transformation into Jyggalag, which leads to the destruction of his own realm. You will be tasked with speaking to a messenger who will inform you that either Brellach or Pinnacle Rock is under attack, as the opposing Duke/Duchess has betrayed their army by joining Jyggalag.

• If you are the Duke/Duchess of Mania, you must aid the Dark Seducers at Pinnacle Rock.
• If you are the Duke/Duchess of Dementia, you must aid the Golden Saints at Brellach.

Upon arriving at your designated location, speak with the respective Captain, Adeo or Issmi, outside the entrance. They will explain that their Duke or Duchess permitted the Order's entry and captured the Commander. Proceed inside, navigating through the location (which are similar). A small group will accompany you to assist in combat.

In either location, upon reaching the second zone, you will find the Commander imprisoned within a crystal cell. Break the cell by interacting with the large chime on the nearby wall. After speaking with the Commander and learning more about the events that transpired, you will be directed to reach a Wellspring urgently. This Wellspring is crucial for summoning Daedra of their kind to the area.

Upon entering the next room, you will discover that the Order has successfully halted the Wellspring, causing your helpers to perish. Your objective is now to reach the Wellspring and restore its flow. At the Wellspring's location, you will find it encased in crystal. Defeat all Knights in the room, then activate the four chimes located in the corners to clear the crystal. The Captain will revive and express gratitude for your actions. You will then learn to summon the opposite Daedra type and receive their respective armor.

Return to Sheogorath.

Symbols of Office

Sheogorath informs you that time is running out and he is about to transform and destroy the Shivering Isles, advising you to escape. After the conversation, Sheogorath transforms into Jyggalag and vanishes. Speak with Haskill, who suggests that all may not be lost and that you might be able to assume Sheogorath's position. However, the secrets of constructing the staff of office have been lost. Haskill directs you to Knifepoint Hollow to access a library and retrieve the necessary secrets.

Travel to the central area of the island and ascend the cliff to reach Knifepoint Hollow. Enter the tree that houses the entrance.

Proceed down the tunnel and turn left into some ruins. You may have previously visited this area for the "Ghosts of the Hill of Suicides" quest. Instead of descending, head north towards a door. Use the key provided by Haskill to open it and find Dyus, the former keeper of Jyggalag's Great Library. This library contained comprehensive information, but Sheogorath had it burned to prevent stagnation of thought. Dyus agrees to create the physical shell of the staff but requires two sacred items: an eye from Ciirta in the Howling Halls of Mania, and a branch from the Tree of Shades in the Halls of Milchar, which can only be obtained by those who have earned it.

Depart Knifepoint Hollow and travel southeast, below New Sheoth and south of Deepwallow, to reach The Hollowing Halls and enter the Narthex.

Descend the steps and proceed either left or right, as both paths lead to the same area. Defeat the Apostle near the corner to acquire the Hollowing Chamber Key. Continue around the corner to find a table with Apostle Robes. Take a set, put them on, unequip all weapons, and pass through the door. The enemies will perceive you as a new member, and wearing their attire automatically maximizes their Disposition. Continue west and enter the Congregation Chambers.

Upon entering this area, you will encounter Ra'kheran, who immediately recognizes you are not one of them. Speak with him; he requires your assistance and is aware of your Duke/Duchess status. Whether you tell him the truth or lie, he reveals that some individuals wish for Ciirta's death, which is possible.
