Defend Nassar Embry's armor in Gears of War: Judgment's East Wing against two enemy waves. Includes turret setup and COG TAG location.
Walkthrough
- 1Locate the DECLASSIFIED MISSION on the pillar with the suit of armour in the center of the room. The objective is to defend Nassar Embry's armour and not let it be destroyed.
- 2To the left of the armour are barbed wire fences. A Spike Trap is further into the room to the right of the armour. An Onyx Ammo Crate is to the left of the stairs opposite the armour, along with Boomshots. A frag grenade pickup is at the top of the large set of stairs on the left.
- 3Deploy the three available sentinel turrets: a Range Sentinel at the bottom of the first set of stairs, a Gnasher Sentinel just to the left of the suit of armour, and another Gnasher Sentinel behind a pillar in the back left corner of the room.
- 4Position the Ranged Sentinel for a clear line of sight to the Spike Trap and the far end of the room. Place one Gnasher Sentinel behind the barbed wire near the armour and the other behind the Spike Trap.
- 5Plant grenades in front of the door at the far end of the hall.
- 6The first wave will enter through the center door at the back and consists of 2-3 Kantuses (and any Tickers they summon), 8-10 Drones, and 2-3 Boomers. Prioritize eliminating Tickers to prevent them from destroying your defenses and the armour.
- 7After the first wave, you have 30 seconds to prepare. Reload turrets, pick up ammo, and plant grenade traps if available.
- 8The second wave includes 8-10 Drones, 2-3 Theron Guards, 2-3 Cleaver Drones, and a large number of Tickers. Again, focus on Tickers first to protect your defenses and the armour, then eliminate the Cleavers and remaining enemies.
- 9Once all enemies are defeated, an objective marker will appear. Head towards it, but before entering the next zone, look to the right of the large set of stairs to find a small open room. Inside, you will find a COG TAG (06/48).
- 10Proceed to the objective marker to continue to the next area.
Tips
- Keep Tickers away from your defenses and the armour, as they will self-destruct and cause significant damage.
- Utilize the available Boomshots and frag grenades for area denial and to deal with concentrated enemy groups.
- The 30-second preparation time between waves is crucial for reloading turrets and repositioning defenses.
