Ghost of Tsushima features one of the most robust and celebrated Photo Modes in gaming. To activate it, simply hold down the 'Down' D-Pad button. Once in Photo Mode, you have an incredible array of options:
- Camera Controls: Adjust position, tilt, and field of view.
- Depth of Field: Control focus and blur.
- Weather & Time of Day: Change the environment to suit your shot.
- Wind Direction & Speed: Manipulate the movement of foliage and clothing.
- Particles & Effects: Add falling leaves, fireflies, or even blood spatters.
- Color Grading & Filters: Apply various visual styles, including Kurosawa Mode.
- Emotes & Facial Expressions: Pose Jin Sakai.
- Music: Choose a track to accompany your photo.

Cosmetic Customization
While there's no character creation, Jin's appearance can be heavily customized through various armor sets, helmets, masks, and sword kits. These are found through exploration, quest rewards, or purchased from merchants. Armor sets often come with unique perks, but their appearance can be changed using dyes purchased from merchants or found in the world. This allows you to mix and match perks with your preferred aesthetic.
