This section details the various enemies and bosses encountered in Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition, providing their stats, attacks, and strategies for defeat.

• Flor de Lengua: HP 90, 2 hits to grab, drops 2 health orbs and $20. Burrows underground, revealing a flower to attack with tongues (10 damage). Cannot be attacked while underground without specific moves or thrown objects.
• Flor de Fuego: HP 90, 3 hits to grab, drops 2 health orbs and $30. Similar behavior to Flor de Lengua but attacks by firing a flaming thorn from the ground (30 damage). Must be attacked with thrown objects or Frog Slam.
• Alux: HP 40, 2 hits to grab, drops $5. Hops erratically, attacks with a spinning club leap (10 damage). Tends to appear in large groups; Suplex is effective.
• Gran Alux: HP 150, drops 6 health orbs and $100. Larger, darker versions of Alux. Cannot be grabbed but offer significant cash rewards. Found in the first Caverna del Pollo column.
• Armadillo Rodando: HP 80, 4 hits to grab, drops 2 health orbs and $20. Attacks by rolling on fire across the ground (25 damage). Cannot be dodged but can be jumped over; Dashing Derpderp can stop it.
• Armadillo Salto: HP 120, 5 hits to grab, drops 4 health orbs and $30. Attacks by bouncing as a flaming ball (25 damage). Undodgeable; Rooster Uppercut can stop it.
• Chupacabra: HP 100, 3 hits to grab, drops 2 health orbs and $10. Flies and spits red blobs (20 damage) aimed at the player. Turns around quickly while spitting. Can be attacked on the ground after being hit once.
• El Cactus: No HP listed, drops 1 health orb and $10. Attacking directly causes 15 damage to the player. Must be attacked with thrown objects; they die instantly. Throw green grenades back or red grenades (15 damage) which cannot be grabbed. Effective against groups with Suplex.
• Detonador Verde: HP 30, drops 1 health orb and $5. Explodes after a timer, dealing 50 damage to the player regardless of location. Must be killed to defuse.
• Detonador Amplia: HP 160, drops 1 health orb and $15. Larger, blue version of Detonador Verde. Explodes dealing 50 damage. Has high HP, making it difficult to kill in time.
• Detonador Mortales: No HP listed, drops 1 health orb and $5. Small blue bomb with red detailing. Dies in one hit. If it explodes, it deals 999 damage, instantly killing the player. Never appears with other enemies.
• X'tabay (Boss): HP 1000, 4 hits to grab, drops $0. Found in Pueblucho lair. Asks a question; answer
