How to Beat Boss: 'Razor' Ryu

Defeat 'Razor' Ryu in GUNTOUCHABLES Cyber-Arena. Learn his melee rushdown tactics and phase 2 plasma projectile attacks, dodging his Shield Barrier.

Location: Cyber-Arena Grand Finals

Phases & Abilities:

• Phase 1: Melee Rushdown. Ryu will primarily use his cybernetic blades, performing fast dash attacks and wide-arc swings. He is highly mobile.
• Phase 2: Projectile Barrage (75% Health). Ryu will occasionally disengage and fire a volley of plasma projectiles from his arm cannons. He also gains a 'Shield Barrier' that absorbs a significant amount of damage.
• Phase 3: Berserk Mode (25% Health). Ryu's attacks become faster and more aggressive. He gains a temporary 'Regeneration' buff and will attempt to close the distance rapidly.

Weaknesses:

• Headshots: Ryu's head is his primary weak point, especially during melee attacks.
• EMP Grenades: Temporarily disables his cybernetic enhancements, stunning him and removing his Shield Barrier.
• Electric Damage: Deals bonus damage to his cyberware.

Strategy:

1. Phase 1: Maintain distance and use SMGs or pistols to land headshots during his attack animations. Dodge his dash attacks. If he gets close, use a melee counter or a shotgun blast.
2. Phase 2: When he deploys his Shield Barrier, immediately use an EMP Grenade or switch to an electric-damage weapon. Prioritize destroying the barrier before resuming damage. Use cover to avoid his plasma projectiles.
3. Phase 3: This phase is a DPS race. Pop all your damage-boosting consumables. Focus fire on his head. If he regenerates too much, another EMP might be necessary to interrupt it. Keep dodging and use your most powerful abilities.
