Aspect of Beowulf Overview: This aspect replaces your standard Cast with 'Flare' boons deployed at the end of an empowered Bull Rush (Dragon Rush). The Dragon Rush gains +100% damage and impact area at max Aspect level. Your Attack and Special become slower but deal significantly more base damage. A key drawback is taking 10% additional damage.

Strengths: The Aspect of Beowulf excels at dealing rapid destruction to clustered melee enemies. A well-placed Cast-loaded Dragon Rush can inflict remarkable damage on groups of even sturdy foes. The goal is to overwhelm opponents quickly.

Weaknesses: The primary flaws are the inherent 10% increased damage taken and a painfully slow charge for the Dragon Rush, which leaves you vulnerable to attacks from the flanks. These issues, along with brief delays in Attack and Special execution, can lead to absorbing a lot of damage, especially against spread-out groups of projectile-throwing enemies.

Asterius: Naegling’s Board (Aspect of Beowulf) has difficulty with Asterius, who cannot be overwhelmed quickly. The Dragon Rush is as likely to expose you to a return attack as it is to significantly dent his health.

Hades: The Hades fight is surprisingly less problematic than Asterius. You have more space to navigate and carefully plan/charge your Dragon Rush attempts. Time your rushes to pass just past Hades as he telegraphs an attack, dealing heavy damage while preserving your ability to dash away.

Attack Boons: Focus on low-frequency boons that increase percentage damage or apply debuffs to boost the Dragon Rush's high base damage (Aphrodite, Athena, Artemis, Demeter).

Special Boons: Use low-frequency boons to quickly spread debuffs or dispatch enemies from a distance with improved base damage of the heavy Special (Aphrodite, Demeter, Athena).

Other: Divine Dash is highly recommended to remedy projectile woes. Detailing the most effective Cast 'Flare' boons could fill an entire FAQ, but they are crucial for maximizing damage.
