- Get the Floragale Cloth: Head to the Choo-Choo Station Shipping Center Warp Spire. You'll need to climb up some crates behind it and then use the nearby barrels to get onto the train cart. Once you're on the cart, equip your Floral Gliding Outfit and hop onto the flower. It'll blow you right up to the island above.
- Talk to Ms. Smooth Mood Wrench: Find Ms. Smooth Mood Wrench. She's got the cloth you need, but it's locked up and requires you to solve a puzzle.
- Solve the Silvergale Whistle Puzzle: Ms. Wrench will give you a poem: “Ride, ride towards the tall Stonetree; choo-choo, the sound of the train is crowing. Brilliant sun of the station shines on all as it should, with its yellow flowers blooming in the field and white sheep across the grass prancing.” You need to use your purifying ability on the structures in the background in this specific order: Far Left (Stonetree), Far Right (Sun), Left (Flowers), Right (Sheep). Nail this, and you'll get the Floragale Cloth!
- Return to Flora and Raggy: Head back and give them the cloth.
- Find the Conductor's Log: Now, you need to find the Wish Collector. The conductor might know something, but he's still out cold. Time to check his log! Go back to the flower, but this time, head south. Use another flower to boost yourself up to the repair station.
- Clear Out Esselings: You'll find some Esselings hanging around. Use your purification ability to take them down.
- Collect the Log: Once they're cleared, grab the conductor's log from the table inside the building on the left.
