Hey there! Ready to try out a super chill part of Infinity Nikki? We're talking about the fishing minigame! It's a great way to relax and get some awesome stuff for your wardrobe. Let's dive in!

How to Start Fishing:

First things first, you can't just start fishing right away. You'll need to get the 'Heart of Infinity' sketch and then craft the 'Rippling Serenity' Fishing Outfit. This outfit becomes available during the 'Unexplained Coma Incidents' Main Quest. To craft it, you'll need:

• Five Daisies (found in grassy areas)
• One Foodie Bee (caught with the Bug Catching Ability)
• One Floof Yarn (acquired with the Animal Grooming Ability)
• 72 Thread of Purity (dropped by enemies)

Once you've got the outfit, keep an eye out for special fishing spots. Not just any water will do! Look for small Whirlpools – that's your sign that fish are around. When you find one, switch to your Fishing Outfit and press the Square button to cast your line.

Catching Your Fish:

Got a bite? Awesome! Here's the tricky part:

1. As soon as you get a bite, pull the analog stick down.
2. Then, you'll need to push the analog stick in the opposite direction the fish is swimming. Keep an eye on it!
3. Once the fish is tired out, mash the Square button as fast as you can to reel it in.

It might take a few tries to get the hang of it, but you'll be a pro angler in no time!

Why Bother Fishing?

So, what's the point of all this fishing? Well, besides being a fun break, the fish you catch are super useful!

• Crafting Clothes: This is the big one! Fish are ingredients for crafting new outfits.
• Completing Challenges: Those crafted outfits help you complete various course challenges, like collecting specific clothing types or matching a certain style. This is key to increasing your Stylist Rank!
• Quests: Sometimes, you'll need specific fish to finish up Main or Side Quests.
