Phase 1 requires you to harmonize the elemental flows. You'll need to solve three interconnected 'Environmental Flow' puzzles simultaneously, redirecting energy conduits to power a central mechanism. This is followed by a 'Sound Resonance' sequence where you must replicate a complex melody by activating ancient chimes in the correct order and timing. The key here is observation and quick reflexes. Failure to complete the sequence within a time limit will reset the phase. Pay attention to the visual cues from the energy conduits and the auditory feedback from the chimes.
