Alright, so you've made it to Luxord in the Limit Cut episode of Kingdom Hearts III's Re Mind DLC! If you played Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, you might remember him and his tricky card games. This isn't your typical boss fight; it's more of a mini-game challenge. The first thing you'll notice is the Time Gauge at the top of the screen. Think of it like a health bar – when you damage Luxord, you chip away at his gauge and boost yours a bit. But be careful, because if he hits you, your gauge goes down, making it tough to make progress.

The main goal here is to use his own Card Games to create openings where you can actually attack him. You *can* hit him outside of these games, but you'll need to be super precise with your guarding to even get a chance. Also, try to deflect as many of the cards he throws at you as possible. The ones you deflect won't be on the ground later, making those card games a bit easier.

His Attacks:

• Card Tosses: Luxord will throw cards at you. You absolutely should deflect these, but pay attention because they come at different speeds. If you're close enough to him when you deflect, you can follow up with a combo for some damage.
• Double Barrage: He'll float up and shoot two waves of cards at you, with a short pause between them. Again, if you're close after the second wave, you can get some hits in.
• Homing Cards: Cards will hover around your head before all rushing at you at once. Just wait a moment, then block the attack.
• Card Crush: He'll make two giant cards appear on either side of you that try to crush you. Wait until they start closing in, then dodge roll forward. You'll need to do this three times to completely avoid it.

Card Game 1: Hit the 'O' Card

Luxord will make cards circle around him. One of them will have an 'O' on it – that's the one you need to hit! The other cards will explode if you hit them, so you have to time your swing carefully. Once you hit the correct card, they'll all speed up, and you'll need to hit the next correct one until none are left. This gives you a free window to combo Luxord without him interrupting.

Card Game 2: Find the 'O' Cards

After the first game, any cards you didn't deflect earlier will pop up from the ground. Your job now is to find all the cards marked with an 'O' while dodging exploding cards he sends your way. Keep dodge rolling to move around quickly and avoid the blasts. You'll need to adjust your camera to spot the 'O's. After you hit enough of them, one card will actually show Luxord himself. Hit that one to get another chance to combo him!
