At Hotel Krat, talk to Pulcinella and choose "Add shop goods."

Choose "Hand over the Great Venigni Collection" to get a Radiant Ergo Chunk.

Pulcinella will now sell: Balance Crank (2 available, 1,900 ergo each), Motivity Crank (2 available, 1,900 ergo each), Technique Crank (2 available, 1,900 ergo each), Advance Crank (2 available, 1,900 ergo each), Durability Grindstone (1 available, 1,000 ergo), Perfection Grindstone (1 available, 1,000 ergo), LADA Fiber-Reinforced Liner (1 available, 2,300 ergo), LADA Multi-Layer Liner (1 available, 2,300 ergo), and LADA Spaced Armor Liner (1 available, 2,300 ergo).

Talk to Venigni and choose "I couldn't hear."

Warning: For the "Free From the Puppet String" ending, choose "Geppetto caused the Puppet Frenzy."

Talk to Venigni again and choose "Decipher a Cryptic Vessel."

Choose "Hand over Alidoro's Cryptic Vessel" to get Alidoro's Cryptic Vessel Decryption.

Read Alidoro's Cryptic Vessel Decryption.

Talk to Eugénie and choose "He was Eugénie's older brother."

Use the Stargazer.

Talk to Eugénie to get the Far East Princess.

Talk to Bell.

Talk to Venigni to get the King of Puppets' Message.

Use the Stargazer and choose "Play the King of Puppets' Message."

Travel to Relic of Trismegistus Combat Field and go back to the harbor.

On the way, search near a lamp on the right for a Full Moonstone.

Search the ground near the barrels to obtain The Great Venigni and Pistris the Submarine.

Pull the lever to take the sub.

Talk to Sophia and choose "Talk," then "Simon," then "About the meaning of the tool."

Continue forward, listening to ghostly conversations.

Repair the Stargazer.

At Black Seaside, rush up the stairs and eliminate all the snipers. Approach from the sides, staying close to the wall.

Once the snipers are gone, pull the Scorpion Beasts one at a time; they will not respawn (be brought back to life at a checkpoint after death).

Check the Altar to obtain So Said Pistris II.

Continue up the steps to the boss arena.

Defeat the Door Guardian to get the High-level Alchemist Badge.

Step onto the tile and use the badge.

Repair the Stargazer.

At Arche Abbey Entrance, rush up the stairs to the right to activate the bridge, then run back and climb the scaffolding to take out the snipers. The large carcass beast will usually fall off the ledge.

Push the button to lower the ladder.

Continue up the large steps and cross the large bridge guarded by 2 Scorpion Beasts.

Open a chest to obtain the Veteran's Amulet.

Climb the ladder on the right.

Repair the Stargazer.

At Arche Abbey Outer Wall, go up the steps. The door is locked, so look for platforms to drop to the decay platform.

Climb the ladder.

Search the stack of books to obtain Bundle of Old Letters.

Continue up until you take out the gunner standing on the ledge. A Dimensional Butterfly on the way up drops a Full Moonstone of the Covenant.

Backtrack to reach the door and press the button to open the shortcut.

Continue up to a small library and search the ground to obtain First Discovery, Camille.

Continue up and deal with the Scorpion Beast.

Check a small room for a chest containing the Acidic Great Curved Sword.

Outside, jump across to a rooftop on the left for a Full Moonstone of the Covenant.

Go up the staircase to activate the bridge, avoiding the wall pillars.

Cross the bridge to face another gunner and a Scorpion Beast; rush the gunner first.

Open a chest to obtain the LADA F350 Frame.

Push the button to lower the ladder shortcut.

Continue up and climb the ladder to a large, multi-level room. A Full Moonstone is on the top level.

On the ground level, a Muscle Puppet will come through the walls.

Ride the lift up but hop off early and drop to the lower level.

Open a chest to obtain Legion Caliber.

Hop down and look for a hallway with trap tiles.

Ride the lift down.

Talk to Test Subject 826 to get "Happy."

Talk to Test Subject 826 again.

Step on the tile and use the badge to open the shortcut door.

Go back up the lift and open the Trinity Sanctum.

Note: If you have completed the (DLC (downloadable content — extra missions or items released after launch)), Arlecchino will have additional dialogue.

Talk to Arlecchino and choose "Human" to get the Alchemist's Cape and Quartz.

Talk to Arlecchino again, choose "Talk," then "About how he called."

Talk to Arlecchino again, choose "Talk," then "About whether he is a serial killer."

Talk to Arlecchino again, choose "Talk," then "The truth behind the Venigni Incident" to get the Moon World Warrior Toy.

Talk to Arlecchino and choose "Attack."

Kill Arlecchino to get a Radiant Ergo Crystal.

Ride the lift all the way to the top.

Cross the bridge, watching out for Mr. X. A Dimensional Butterfly here drops a Full Moonstone.

Push the button to lower the ladder.
