The initial ascent of the Obsidian Peaks is a winding, narrow path. You'll encounter Stone Golems, slow but heavily armored constructs, and Wind Witches, who can push you off ledges with their gusts of arcane energy. Prioritize defeating the Wind Witches first. Look for hidden alcoves containing valuable crafting materials like Obsidian Shards. The path is often broken, requiring precise jumps. You'll eventually reach a small, fortified outpost, now overrun by corrupted soldiers. Clear the outpost to secure a new Witch Tree Effigy and a shortcut back down to the Mire, should you need to return.
