Walkthrough

    After the soldiers are gone, take the left door to find a weapon cache.

    Continue to a long hall with a T-intersection. Push/pull the large block at the opposite end down to the T and then left onto a wood pressure plate. A door opens; enter the room and get the Hand of Tyr from the chest.

    Proceed to a room with a huge sword over molten metal. At the hilt end, stand on the plate and press USE to feed the Hand of Tyr to Fenris. Run across the sword bridge to a room leading to The Great Forge.

    In the room with the statue of Tyr, push/pull the statue onto a wood pressure plate. If the East Wing is finished, doors to the central Courtyard open. Otherwise, return to Asgard and go through the East Wing door.

    In Odin's Courtyard, collect goodies: a Strike upgrade, a Focus upgrade, and a Black Panther action figure in a weapon cache. You can now move between the West Wing, The Great Forge, the East Wing, and the Grand Hall. You can free Tyr and Heimdall in any order.

    THE GREAT FORGE:

    First, face a mini-boss battle against Scorpion and Lizard. Use ranged attacks on Lizard and close combat on Scorpion.

    In the arena, Tyr is over a pit of molten metal. Behind him is a platform with two turn wheels and green X marks. Do not turn them yet.

    Go up the stairs to the left of Tyr and through the door. Battle through mobs. In the first room, drop to the lower level on your left to find a Simulator Disc (Invisible Woman) and a weapon cache.

    Continue, picking up another weapon cache, until you reach a SAP (Save and Proceed point).

    Past the SAP, find an anvil, a forge, and a table with tools. USE an item at the table to get a metal ingot.

    Take the ingot to the forge and USE it to drop it in.

    USE the bellows to heat the ingot. Return to the table, pick up the tongs, and go back to the forge to get the ingot.

    Take the ingot to the anvil. Return to the table to pick up a hammer, then USE the anvil to forge Asgard Armor.

    Pick up the armor and continue. In the next hall, find a Strike and a Body upgrade on the lower levels.

    In the next large room with a pool of hot metal and a cauldron, kill the trolls. USE the rope to play a mini-game and tip the cauldron of water into the metal to cool it.

    Continue to a room with two turn wheels. Place a hero on one green X and press USE, then switch to another hero and USE the other wheel. The door opens, returning you to Tyr.

    USE the two turn wheels behind Tyr to free him. Tyr opens a portal back to Balder. If you haven't freed Heimdall, ignore the portal and go to the Grand Hall. If Heimdall is freed, use the portal for the boss battle.
  • GRAND HALL:
    1. Take a path to a room with a large force field and two columns with buttons (currently blocked).
    2. In one side room, blast three blocks around the edges. Pull out smaller blocks with runes on top. Match the runes on the blocks to the runes on the wood pressure plates on the floor and pull the correct block onto each plate. The block will glow purple when correct. Look for a Focus upgrade on top of a large stone block.
    3. In the other side room, hunt down three trolls who stole pieces of a rune. Stand on the empty rune circle and press USE to re-form the rune.
    4. Once buttons are unlocked, use two heroes to push them, opening the force field.
    5. In the next room, Heimdall is frozen, guarded by Rhino and Shocker. They are on opposite sides of Heimdall. Use the Call Team button to fight them one at a time if possible.
    6. After defeating Rhino and Shocker, search the room for a sketch book.
    7. In small alcoves on either side of the room, turn a wheel in each. This frees four mirrors in the main room.
    8. Go to each mirror as a green arrow highlights it and USE it to focus light on Heimdall. When all four are shining, Heimdall breaks free.
    9. Heimdall asks you to retrieve his horn. Go back toward the Grand Hall entrance; a new door opens. Step through, open the next door, and step onto a bridge.
    10. Pick up Deadpool's Simulator Disc. Fly or teleport across to the horn, pick it up, and return to Heimdall.
    11. Heimdall opens a portal back to Asgard. Use it only if Tyr has been freed. If not, go back to Odin's Courtyard and head to The Great Forge. Otherwise, enter the portal for the boss battle.
    12. To free Balder, you must first defeat Enchantress and Executioner. Concentrate on Enchantress as she can heal Executioner.
