Follow your map to locate and destroy four power nodes. Each node adds 30 seconds to your timer.

At the third node, you'll find Lilandra. Destroy the node, then destroy the console next to her to save her (requires at least 30 seconds remaining).

Destroy the fourth power node.

Enter the main reactor room and destroy the four laser emitters.

Return to the starting point. From the Observation Deck entrance, look right to pick up a skill point.

Continue back the way you went during the timed sequence. In the room with the mesh bridges, do NOT take the shortcut to the torture chamber.

In the room with the second power node, fly up to the platform in the far corner to earn a Black Panther action figure.

Proceed past the reactor room to the room with the M'Kraan Crystal. Use the console to lower the force field.

Enter the room and find the Focus upgrade on the far side.

Hit the crystal to get a shard and open the portal back to the Royal Library of Attilan.
