You start with a call from MJ. Head over to her apartment and go inside.

After a loud noise, move forward and press [Triangle] on the nearby box. This creates a diversion, making the thug move away and giving you a clear path to the office. Warning: If you're spotted by anyone, the mission fails, and you'll have to restart from a checkpoint.

Once you're past the first thug, turn towards the marker and follow the path. Be careful not to bump into the cardboard boxes or step on the glass on the floor.

There's another thug up ahead. Push the box on the floor to create another distraction.

Move past his original position, again, being super careful not to bump into the cardboard boxes on either side.

MJ will comment on some large tires as another thug searches for a tool. Wait until he moves away from the large yellow generator, then make your way to it.

There's glass on the ground to your right, so definitely don't step on it. Push the button to activate the generator.

A guy will come down the ramp. Move to the left side of the generator and go up the ramp.

There's a thug on the other side looking for something. Wait for him to move towards the wall, then exit the downward ramp and move to the right.

Stay close to the Minotaur truck and wait for one of the thugs to say, "Get back to work." As soon as he does, you can move to the yellow Alchemax barrels.

Press [Triangle] to investigate the barrels. After the scene, you'll see what's going on in the office. The office door is now open.

To the left of the barrels, there's another box of tools you can push over to create a distraction. The guy standing in front of the door will go check out the noise.

Move straight into the office when he's distracted. Your objective is to take a picture of the blueprints behind the motorcycle.

After that, move to the desk and pick up the GPS transmitter. MJ will then exit the area on her own.

Tips

Stealth is key here. Always look for opportunities to create distractions with boxes or by interacting with environmental objects.
Listen to the thug's dialogue; it often gives you cues about when it's safe to move.
