Master Metal: Hellsinger's leaderboards! Learn tips on calibration, FOV, combos, ultimates, and enemy prioritization to crush your high scores.

Hey there! So you're looking to really nail those high scores in Metal: Hellsinger and maybe even snag some sweet achievements? This game is all about rhythm and shredding, and while it's not super long, there's a ton of depth with Sigils, Torments, and mastering all those weapons. Let's get you prepped to absolutely dominate Hell!

Here are some key tips to help you climb those leaderboards and become a true Metal: Hellsinger legend:

Calibrate Your Audio and Video

This is HUGE for a rhythm game. If your audio and video are even a little bit out of sync, you're going to struggle to stay on beat. Seriously, take a minute right at the start to calibrate. You'll just tap a button when you see a flash and hear a sound. It's quick, and it makes a massive difference. If you ever feel like things are off, just hop back into the Options menu and recalibrate – easy peasy.

Adjust Your Field of View (FOV)

Things move FAST in Hell, and knowing where all those demons are coming from is key to survival. Crank up your Field of View in the Options menu as high as it will go. It might feel a little weird at first if you're not used to it, but that extra peripheral vision will be a lifesaver when you're trying to keep track of everything.

Save Those Power-Ups

You'll find power-ups like health crystals and combo boosters scattered everywhere. Definitely make finding them a priority, but don't just pop them the second you see them! Save your combo boosters for when your combo is about to drop and there are plenty of enemies around to keep it going. Health crystals are best used when you're facing a big wave or a tough final encounter.

Use Paz to Sustain Your Combo

Lost your combo because you were running between areas? Don't sweat it! Your little skull buddy, Paz, is your secret weapon here. While Paz doesn't do much damage, firing it on-beat will keep your combo meter from dropping. So, when you're moving through an empty zone, just equip Paz and start firing to the rhythm. Nail this, and you can keep your combo going for an entire level!

Don't Forget to Jump!

It's easy to get caught up in shooting and staying on beat, but remember your character is super agile! You can double jump and even do mid-air dashes. This is awesome for covering ground quickly, dodging annoying projectiles, and repositioning yourself if you get swarmed by enemies. Get airborne and dodge your way to safety!
