The crafting and enchanting systems in Mortal Sin allow you to customize and improve your gear significantly. Don't overlook these mechanics, as they can turn a good item into a legendary one.

Crafting:

Accessed at the Blacksmith in any major hub. You can craft new weapons, armor, and accessories using blueprints and raw materials (e.g., Iron Ore, Demon Hide, Arcane Dust). Blueprints are found through quests, exploration, or purchased from merchants. Crafting often yields items with higher base stats or unique affixes than those found as drops.

Enchanting:

Accessed at the Enchanter. You can apply Runes to your gear to add powerful magical properties. Each item has a limited number of enchantment slots. Runes are categorized by their effect (e.g., 'Rune of Fire Damage', 'Rune of Lifesteal', 'Rune of Fortification'). Higher-tier runes provide stronger effects but are rarer. You can also re-roll existing enchantments for a cost, though the outcome is random. Experiment with different rune combinations to create truly unique and powerful gear.
