Quest: Sands of Despair

Detailed guide for 'Sands of Despair' quest in Mortal Sin, navigating desert hazards and finding the Oasis.

Objective: Locate the Oasis of Serenity.

1. Traverse the Dunes: Head west from the Citadel exit. The desert is vast, but a faint path is visible. Watch out for quicksand pits; stepping into one will slow you and deal minor damage.
2. Battle Desert Scorpions: These creatures burrow underground and ambush you. Listen for the distinct 'shuffling' sound. Dodge their tail stinger attack, which can poison you.
3. Survive the Sandstorm: Periodically, sandstorms will sweep through the area, reducing visibility and increasing stamina drain. Find temporary shelter behind large rocks or ruins.
4. Find the Ancient Map: In a ruined caravan, you'll find a 'Dust-Worn Map'. This updates your objective and marks the Oasis on your map.
5. Reach the Oasis: Follow the map marker. The Oasis is a small, verdant area, a welcome respite from the harsh desert.
