A: As Soon As Possible.

Important Info

There are four different times to receive Rachel's SMS:

1. Scenario 1: Enter two of the three races on the intro part. You'll receive Rachel's SMS. You can still enter the other race.Solution: Go to the Car Lot as the SMS says. This is the correct time to receive this SMS, or you can enter the other race if you prefer.
2. Scenario 2: Enter only one race on the intro stage. Around 60% of the game, you'll receive Rachel's SMS. You can still enter races.Solution: None, there is no problem.
3. Scenario 3: Do not enter any of the races on the intro. Later in the game, you will receive Rachel's SMS.Solution: Refer to the questions above.
