Walkthrough
- 1From the start, head up the stairs and into the dark room. Use your light to find a way to drop into an auditorium.
- 2As you move further into the auditorium, a projector will turn on. Use your camera to record the movie for the [_THE WERNICKE EXIT INTERVIEW_] note.
- 3Head to the back of the auditorium and enter the lit room on the left. Go through the next door and hallway, ignoring the stairs for now, and enter the room at the end.
- 4Find the [_NECROTIZING FASCIITIS_] document in this room.
- 5Turn around and head up the stairs. The door is locked, so duck under the junk to find another door in the back.
- 6Enter this door, take a right, and search the shelves for a [_BATTERY_].
- 7Try the nearby door; it's locked. Head back to the previous room, where the door that was previously locked will now be open.
- 8Head out to the ledge and shimmy left along the edge. Jump to the railing in front of you and pull yourself up.

- 12Use the 3rd Floor Key on the door to the left of the elevator to proceed.
- 13Upstairs, a man walks away. The elevator needs a key. Enter the only accessible door, which leads to the kitchen.
- 14From the kitchen, go through another door into a large room with a man watching the rain. The door to his right is locked. Head left and through the door you find.
- 15In the next hallway, head left (the right path is a dead end). Look for a door on the right that you can enter.
- 16Inside, record the man praying in front of the static-filled television for the [_STATIC PRAYER_] note.
- 17Head back to the hallway and to the end. Squeeze through the wall and use the door to enter another hallway.
- 18Take a right and check the room on the right, then the room on the left.
- 19Proceed to the next set of doors on the left and right, which have more praying patients. You need to visit the 3rd door on the right to find the [_THE GOSPEL OF JUDAS_] document.
- 20Head back to the hallway and to the end to find a [_BATTERY_]. The path to the left is blocked.
- 21Turn around and enter the first door on the right (or the third door on the left from the start of the hallway). This room has an open window.
- 22Exit through the window and shimmy left to another open window.
- 23Exit this room and head right, which leads to a church.
- 24Continue to the stand and pick up the [_ELEVATOR KEY_]. Father Martin will begin his speech; record it for the [_THE PASSION OF FATHER MARTIN_] note. This will update your objective to: The Elevator will take you to the main exit.
- 25Head back to the hallway and hang a right. Enter the vent at the end to reach a new hallway.
- 26Walker will burst out. Quickly hang a right and enter the first left door. Hide until he passes or leaves.
- 27When you hear him break through a door outside, exit your hiding spot, take a right, and go down the hallway Walker came from.
- 28If you need it and are not being chased, find a [_BATTERY_] in the bathroom stalls on the left. Otherwise, head left to the dining room and look for a vent on the left wall.
- 29Enter the vent, drop into the kitchen, and exit the door to reach the elevator.
- 30Enter the elevator and use the Elevator Key to continue. The elevator will stop, and your new objective will be: Find another way out.
- 31Continue forward through doors until you reach a lobby. Record what you see for the [_UNDER THE MOUNTAIN_] note.
- 32Go around the front counter to find the [_THE PRIDE OF WISDOM_] document.
