Detailed walkthrough for Persona 3 Portable's boss fights, including strategies, weaknesses, and recommended party members for each encounter.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Boss 1 & 2 (3x Noble Seeker & 3x Carnal Snake): Use Junpei, Aigis, and Akihiko. Apply buffs (MC Attack Up, Junpei Defense Up, Aigis Hit/Evasion Up) and debuffs (Akihiko enemy Attack Down). Focus attacks on Vorpal Blade, Blade of Fury, and Swift Strike. No healing needed for Noble Seekers. Carnal Snakes may require a retry if critical hits are not achieved, potentially costing Homunculus.
  2. 2
Boss 3 (World Balance): Do not use Siegfried. Employ Magic Mirror to reflect Megidoloan. Maintain Defense Up or Enemy Attack Down buffs and full HP. Attack with Dynes without powering up.
  3. 3
Boss 4 (Fierce Cyclops): Use Mitsuru. Main offense is Bufudyne. Use Diaharan and Music Box as needed. Be aware of Maziodyne; if using Yukari or Aigis, abuse Music Box when using Tetrakarn.
  4. 4
Boss 5 (Jotun of Grief): This boss is only weak to Pierce attacks. Use Aigis, Yukari, and/or Ken. Recommended party: Yukari, Aigis, and Akihiko. Akihiko should apply all three debuffs: Attack Down, Defense Up, and Evasion/Accuracy Up. The boss starts with normal attacks and progresses to Megidoloan. Ensure Attack Down or Party Defense Up buffs are active and maintain full HP.
Tips
  • Recommended Personas for Bosses: Pixie (with Tetrakarn and Mediarahan) and Siegfried (with Arms Master, Power Charge, Growth 3, Endure Dark, Vorpal Blade, Weapons Master, Vicious Strike, High Counter) are highlighted for early bosses.
  • Party Composition: Junpei, Aigis, and Akihiko are recommended for Bosses 1 & 2. Mitsuru is recommended for Boss 4. Aigis, Yukari, and Ken are recommended for Boss 5.
  • Skill Usage: Tetrakarn, Mediarahan, Vorpal Blade, Magic Mirror, Bufudyne, and debuff/buff skills are crucial. Music Box is useful when using Tetrakarn.
  • End Game Optionals: Ultimate Weapons take 2 days at the Antique store and should be planned ahead. Monad and Vision Quests can be started later, but Vision Quest rewards may be less useful if not traded before the end. Plan Orpheus Telos skills using Skill Cards.
