There are 13 special Doors here, plus one extra, guarded by some tough Shadows. Think of them as optional boss fights and skill challenges. You can tackle them in any order, and don't worry about losing progress if you leave the Velvet Room – you can always come back. Let's break down what you're up against!

Understanding the Doors:

You'll see the doors laid out in two rows. The ones in the front row (Priestess, Empress, Hierophant, Lovers, Chariot & Justice, Hermit, Fortune & Strength, Hanged Man) are usually tied to the Full Moon bosses you've already fought. The ones in the back row (Power, Magic, Resistance, Speed, Luck) are special tests designed to challenge your skills and strategies. And then there's Pandora's Door – a special encounter all its own.

Important Facts & Tips:

• Level Up: For the tougher challenges, especially on Maniac difficulty, aim for your active party to be around Level 80. Make sure everyone has their best skills learned.
• Persona Prep: Some doors require specific Personas or party setups. Don't hesitate to go back, fuse new Personas, or heal up. Your progress in the Velvet Room doesn't reset if you leave.
• Save Often: Treat these like any other battle. Save your game before entering a door, because if you fall in battle, it's a Game Over.
• Rewards Galore: Winning against a door grants you a reward – not a random drop, but a set item. There are usually a few 'set' rewards for your first few wins, and then repeatable rewards afterward. These are fantastic for farming and grinding out gear.
• Party Changes: You can swap out your teammates when talking to most doors, unless the door has specific party requirements. If your party doesn't meet the conditions, the battle won't start.
• Already Won?: If you've beaten a door before, you'll get a prompt asking if you want to open it again after checking party conditions.
