How to make 99 in all stat Persona fast (minimum cost)

  1. Step 1: Summon Pixie and Jack o lantern from the compendium.
  2. Step 1b: If you have Persona Points (PP) to spare, increase all stats for both Personas to a minimum of 20. If not, don't worry, as you will gain PP during this process. Do NOT register these initial Personas.
  3. Step 2: Fuse Pixie and Jack o lantern into Bicorn. Summon Pixie again.
  4. Step 2b: If Bicorn's stats are below 20 in any category, use PP to increase them if available. Further increases are optional. For Pixie, repeat the process from Step 1b.
  5. Step 3: Fuse Bicorn and Pixie to create Silky. Summon Pixie and Jack o lantern again.
  6. Step 3b: For Silky, repeat the process from Step 2b. For Pixie and Jack o lantern, repeat the process from Step 1b.
  7. Step 4: Fuse Silky, Pixie, and Jack o lantern to make Hua po. Summon or fuse Slime (See Step Extra).
  8. Step 4b: For Hua po, repeat the process from Step 2b. For Slime, repeat the process from Step 1b.
  9. Step 5: Fuse Slime and Hua po into Lamia. Summon or fuse High pixie (See Step Extra).
  10. Step 5b: For Lamia, repeat the process from Step 2b. For High pixie, repeat the process from Step 1b.
  11. Step 6: Fuse Lamia and High pixie into Jack Frost. Summon Pixie.
  12. Step 6b: For Jack Frost, repeat the process from Step 2b. For Pixie, repeat the process from Step 1b.
  13. Step 7: Fuse Jack Frost and Pixie into Jack o Lantern. Summon Pixie.
  14. Step 7b: For Jack o Lantern, repeat the process from Step 1b.

Repeat steps 1 through 7 until you have a Persona with 99 in all stats. This route can be deviated from as long as you can guide the fusion back to the beginning, which helps lower the cost of summoning Personas for fusion, as higher-level Personas are more expensive.

Step Extra: During steps 4 and 5, you can optionally fuse up to Slime and High pixie using prior Personas with the same method as previous steps, accumulating more power. This can be tedious and potentially disrupt your progress but is a valid method.

If a fusion accident occurs, try to fuse back into the intended route to carry over accumulated power. If you get lost, use the database in this guide to find your way back on track.

Once you have at least one Persona with 99 in all stats, you need to repeatedly fuse it into other forms to obtain the desired Persona with these stats. For example, to create Seth with 99 stats, take your low-level 99-stat Persona and fuse it into a Persona that can then be fused into Seth.

Remember that you can register 99-stat Personas without consequence. Even after creating Seth, you can fuse him into another Persona to transfer the accumulated power and create another 99-stat Persona, and so on.
