Walkthrough
- 1Before infiltrating the Palace, it's recommended to visit Iwai's shop for weapons/armor and Takemi's Clinic for items, especially SP-restoring ones, as the Palace is long and skills are costly.
- 2Meet the party and infiltrate the Palace. Travel to the Central Passage safe room.
- 3Head south from the safe room to the restaurant area. Ignore the NPCs as they offer little value. Be aware of enemies on both floors.
- 4Your objective is the door in the southeastern corner, leading to the dining room.
- 5Examine the dining room door to learn you need a membership card. To trigger the next event, enter the dining hall and be denied access by the worker.
- 6Return to the upstairs section of the restaurant area and find someone in the northwestern corner. Overhear that the passenger lost his membership card.
- 7Activate your Third Eye to follow footprints downstairs to a bar.
- 8Talk to the bartender and obtain the membership card.
- 9Return to the dining room and enter. Scenes will occur, leading to a battle with Politician Ooe.
- 10Politician Ooe Strategy: He uses Concentrate and Tarukaja. Use Rakunda on him, then use Bufudyne. He is weak to Psy skills and absorbs ice.
- 11After defeating Politician Ooe, you will receive a letter of introduction.
- 12Take the elevator in the dining room to the Mid Starboard Hallway.
- 13Head east, bypassing a locked door. In the first room, your party will turn into mice due to statues. Enemies are dangerous as mice, and you cannot open doors. Exiting south reverts you to human form, but doors remain locked.
- 14Return to the room where you transformed into a mouse. Find a vent in the southeast corner and crawl through as a mouse.
- 15Emerge in a hallway north of a locked door. Defeat the Shadow and unlock the door to the south.
- 16Ignore the room to the east with another statue, as it has no vent. Head north from the unlocked door. Be aware that loading zones mean enemies respawn. This area is split into three smaller sections by loading zones.
- 17In the next hallway, the east door is locked. Enter the room to the west. You will turn into a mouse again in this large room with patrolling enemies.
- 18Navigate past two Shadows to reach a vent on the northern wall. Time your entry to avoid an enemy.
- 19Crawl through the vent into the northern hallway. Unlock the door to the west.
- 20Continue west until you reach a lantern/lightpost in the northwestern room. This is a switch that disables the statues that turn you into mice. Rooms with statues will no longer appear gray on your map.
- 21Double back east to the northeastern room and find a chest containing a Soul Food (SP-restoring item).
- 22Continue south and unlock the door. Enter the large room with four enemies; you will no longer turn into a mouse.
- 23Venture south of the large room, then head east to find a door to the south. This area was previously inaccessible due to a statue.
- 24Unlock another door to the west. At the first split, go all the way west.

- Stock up on SP-restoring items before entering the Palace.
- Pay attention to enemy patrols and use stealth when necessary, especially when transformed into a mouse.
