Managing Large Crowds is an often-overlooked 'boss' in Planet Zoo. Overcrowding leads to guest frustration, litter, and increased crime. Combat this by designing wide Paths, strategically placing Toilets, Shops, and Benches, and hiring sufficient Caretakers and Security Guards. Use Information Boards to guide guests and Education Speakers to hold their attention. Spreading out attractions and creating multiple entry/exit points can also help. Unhappy crowds mean fewer donations and lower ratings.
