Members of a neo-fascist organization called the People's Social Nationalist Party (PSNP) are supporting Sicic. They have seized the refinery and threaten to blow it up within twenty-four hours if Sicic is not released.

Intel suggests the terrorists are neither well-organized nor well-armed, likely using home-made bombs. Despite their disorganization and potentially weak weapons, the game features "one-shot kill lethality," so players should avoid being shot.

The People's Social Nationalist Party is described as an extremist group, even by far-right standards, known for racist policies and violent actions, such as assaulting immigrants. They are politically fanatical and not particularly intelligent, willing to die as martyrs for their cause.
