Chapter 1-1: Civilian Checkpoint

After the introductory scenes with Barry arriving by boat, head towards the Radio Tower. The path is blocked, so descend to the beach.

Find a Barrel and a Crate on the beach.

Continue along the edge and eliminate the bugs that emerge from the bushes. Use your knife for efficiency.

As you reach the top of the path, turn right and follow the wall to find Tower Emblem 5/8.

Proceed to the end of the path and open the iron curtain.

Enter the room on your left to find a Red Herb and Assault Rifle Ammo on a desk.

Outside this room, find a Green Herb.

Combine Green Herb + Red Herb to create 3 Green Herbs.

Enter the next room. You will encounter one Zombie initially, followed by three more from the hallway. These are slow-moving Zombies, making headshots easier.

Search the area where the first Zombie appeared to find a Crate.

Continue along the path, jump over fallen lockers, and enter the next door.

In this new area, you will learn about Natalia's Awareness & Pointing ability, which highlights enemies. Use this to spot three enemies in the adjacent room, but ignore them for now.

Crouch and move along the hallway to find a Sparkle Item under a medical bed and another Sparkle Item at the end of the hallway.

Return to the entrance of this area and find an entrance to the room with a standing Zombie. Sneak up on it (press R2 while crouching) and kill it.

Check the desk in front of the Zombie for the Detention Center Map.

Search the entrance of this area to find another Sparkle Item.

Proceed slightly to the right towards the three Zombies. Two are stationary, and one patrols between them. Wait for the patrolling Zombie to turn its back to sneak-attack all three.

After defeating the third Zombie, look to your right to find Tower Emblem 6/8.

Find another Sparkle Item between the shelves and loot a Crate in the corner.

Go up the stairs, kill the lone Zombie, and look to your left to find an item on a shelf. Wait for enemies to look away and sneak to get Cloth.
