Walkthrough

After items vanish from the previous stage, collect two [HAND GRENADES] from the very top of the building you started in. These are available regardless of picking up grenades in the prior chapter, allowing for a total of five from this stack.

Head north and loot the [WOODEN BARREL] in the small cabin ahead.

Drop down into the sewers and smash another [WOODEN BARREL] on the west end. You can grab the loot behind the bars without any problems.

Climb the ladder back up and proceed to the western double doors.

There is a hole leading to the wooden barrel you just looted, which can be safely ignored.
