First off, you'll start finding Simple Locks in the West Wing. But for the real goodies, like the first Lockpick, you'll need to venture into the East Wing. Make sure you clear out the West Wing first and grab the East Wing Keycard. Once you have it, head into the East Wing, go straight through the Reception area, and then head up the stairs – that's where your first Lockpick is waiting.

Now, for a couple more key locations that require specific access:

• Lead Researcher’s Office: You'll need the East Wing Keycard for this one. After you get it, just go all the way up the stairs from the Reception area.
• Custodian’s Office Locker: This one needs the Level 1 Access Band.
• 1F West Wing Office: You'll also need the Level 1 Access Band for this. You get the Level 1 Access Band from the top of the East Wing, which then lets you access the garage area for this office and the Custodian's Office Lockpicks.
