The trick here is to get spotted by him; when he gets angry, he'll launch the trolley out of the way. You can then duck outside the kitchen door until he calms down. Once the path is clear, slip past the trolley and into the new hallway.

Next, you'll run into a lightswitch zombie in the hallway. To get past it, head to the far rear of the hallway, near the bathrooms, and turn on the light. Make sure to hide behind the cover to the right of the entrance to that room as you do it.

After that, you'll find a shortcut that leads back towards the Dining Hall. This path will take you to the stairwell that goes up to the balcony and, eventually, the Chairman's Office. Keep an eye out – a zombie will come at you as you pass a table. If you need a breather, there's a Filing Room around the corner you can duck into.

Climb the staircase. You'll reach the balcony where you heard that singing earlier. There's a zombie on the stairs, so you can either take it out or lure it back to the Filing Room like before and then proceed past it.

On the balcony bar area, you'll face the singer zombie, which is a tough one, plus two other zombies. Your best bet is to sneak past them if you can and follow the pathway to the right. This leads directly to the Chairman's Office.

Inside the Chairman's Office, look for a Unicorn Trinket Box on one of the desks, the one with the lamp on the left as you enter. Rotate the box and check the back. You should get an interaction prompt. Interact with it to find the Ruby Crystal inside.

With the Ruby Crystal in hand, head around the corner and unlock the shortcut that leads back to the main area with the stairs and the Security Safe Room. Be aware of a zombie that patrols this area; she can reanimate if you pass this way again. If you want to make things easier, you could use an Injector on her, or save some ammo if you're going for achievements. Alternatively, you can lure her into the Chairman's Office and quickly shut the door behind you as you leave.

Now, you can head back down to the lower level of the West Wing and check that locked door near the Kitchen.

Be warned: the Chef now patrols the corridor leading from the shortcut to the Dining Hall and Kitchen doors. You can fight him here, which is much easier if you have a Hemolytic Injector (you'll find that in the East Wing, by the way). For now, though, it's probably best to wait for him to pass near the shortcut door and then make a run for the Parlor to avoid him.

Once the Chef is dealt with or avoided, you can use the Ruby Crystal on the door in that hallway. This will unlock the Parlor. Inside, you'll find a room where you can spend your Antique Coins on upgrades for Grace. At the back of the Parlor, near a scientist's body, you'll find a severed hand. This hand contains the East Wing Keycard.

Now that this room is unlocked, it's a great idea to come back here later when you have some spare coins to grab those upgrades. Seriously, buy the Hip Pouch if you can; it's a game-changer for inventory space early on and won't mess with your achievements.
