    Start the level facing the plane crash site. Grab medikits and enter the TV Room.

    Defeat all brown ninjas in the TV Room and proceed through the door marked by a big red dot into the game room.

    Eliminate the female ninjas in the game room and enter the adjacent pachinko room.

    Locate a switch on the left set of pachinko machines and activate it. The machines beside it will lower, revealing a missile launcher.

    Enter the airplane cabin. Collect the RED KEYCARD and night vision goggles, along with any small medikits.

    Return to the TV room and use the RED KEYCARD on the red key door. Take the lift down to Nin-Nin Airlines.

    On the second floor of Nin-Nin Airlines, a grey ninja will be firing grenades; be cautious. Look for a sign labeled "Impulse Gifts" and go upstairs.

    Exit to the main Nin-Nin Airlines room. This time, go left and then turn right. Take the first door on your left to enter the information room.

    The blue key door is located beneath the Gate 21A sign. Use the BLUE KEYCARD to open it and proceed.

    Continue upwards, defeating baby rippers along the way. At the top, you will encounter mini-sumos.

    Defeat the mini-sumos. Warning: Be aware that they release a damaging gas upon death.

    Once both mini-sumos are defeated, activate the end level switch to complete the level and proceed to Level 14: Crude Oil.

To access the secret Level 22: Auto-Maul:

  1. Do not hit the end level switch after defeating the mini-sumos.
  2. Return to the elevator where you obtained the RED KEYCARD. Take the lift back to the top.
  3. Position yourself outside the elevator. Activate the switch inside the elevator so that it descends without you. Ensure you jam the elevator door with your body to prevent it from closing.
  4. Enter the top of the descending elevator and activate the switch within to be transported to the top, where the secret end level slime is located.
  5. Walk into the slime to be transported to Level 22: Auto-Maul.
